Plumbing diagnostics is the first and most important step to solving any problem correctly. Working "blind" — breaking walls, replacing every pipe "just in case" — often costs more than fixing the actual problem. Our modern tools show us the exact location of blockages, leaks or damage.
Video diagnostics
A specialized probe-camera goes 30–60 meters deep into the pipe. You see everything on screen in real time: blockages, cracks, collapsed pipe, foreign objects. This lets us plan precise work without "destructive" blind wall-breaking.
Water leak diagnostics
If your downstairs neighbor says water is coming from you but you don't see where — that's typical for a hidden leak. We use:
- Thermal imager — hot water leaks behind walls show up as temperature differences
- Ultrasonic sensor — picks up the sound from the leak source
- Acoustic microphone — for slow drip leaks
- Pressure test — confirms the system's tightness
What the diagnostic report includes
- Exact location of the problem (photo or video recording)
- Cause identification
- Recommended repair method
- Price up front, no surprise charges
- Preventive recommendations
You can share the diagnostic report with third parties (owner, insurance) — all data is objective.
