Not every plumbing problem needs replacement. Often a small repair extends the life of a component by 2–3 years. Our craftsmen pick the most economical solution — we recommend replacement only when repair isn't practical.
What we do
Siphon restoration ()
Siphon came apart? Bad smell coming out? Often it's enough to remove debris, dried grease, or replace the washer-cone.
Toilet mechanism repair ()
Water won't stop in the tank? Flush isn't concentrating at the bottom? Often adjusting the hydro-washer or float mechanism is enough.
Pipe repair
- Drain pipe repair () — sealing cracked sections with specialized sealant
- Kitchen pipe repair () — tightening joints, sealing
- Metal-plastic pipe joining with special press ()
Broken screw extraction ()
Screw broken off in a faucet, toilet or pipe? We use a specialized easy-out that drills a new hole in the center and extracts it with reverse thread.
Faucet mechanism repair ()
Faucet dripping? Can't switch between hot/cold? Often it's enough to replace the ceramic cartridge or washer — no new faucet needed.
When replacement beats repair
- When the element is 10+ years old and repair costs more than 50% of a new one
- When parts are no longer manufactured
- When degraded material won't last long-term
In such cases we'll tell you straight — "Ma'am/Sir, repair isn't worth it, you're better off buying new."
