How we find it
Thermal imaging for hot water and heating lines, acoustic microphone and ultrasonic sensor to pinpoint the sound of the leak, a pressure test to confirm which line is leaking, and a video camera when the leak comes from a drain pipe. You get the exact location, the cause and photos or video of the spot.
